Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for coffee lovers who are passionate about delivering a delightful experience to our guests.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn the art of brewing - from pulling espresso shots to steaming milk and crafting latte art
• Deliver warm and attentive service to every guest, ensuring their experience is as enjoyable as their coffee
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee bar and caf space
• Work as part of a dynamic team, supporting one another during busy shifts
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards in daily operations
• Stay curious and open to learning!

Job Requirements

• 44 hour 5 day work week
• Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays when required to
• Basic understanding and experience in specialty coffee would be highly advantageous

Remuneration Structure

• Up to $2,500 Completion Bonus (Terms and Conditions Applied)
