JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Care, Health & Safety
- Assisting clients with essential daily tasks, including grooming and toileting, whenever the need arises
- Prioritising the health and safety of clients at all times
Classroom Management
- Assist and support Coaches in ensuring classroom orderliness in areas of physical structure and setting up of work stations during class
Community Integration & Activities
- Assist and support Coaches in community mobility programmes
Collaborative Partnerships
- Collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines to support and execute the programmes
- Partnering with parents and caregivers, including participating in-home visits, to ensure a holistic approach to the client's development
Ad Hoc Duties
- Participating in work team duties and other duties assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- NITEC Certification, N-Level.
- A compassionate and patient personality is critical for working with individuals with autism will be advantage
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work reliably as part of a team
