We are looking for a Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions)

Job Summary

As the Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions), you will ensure guests and visitors enjoy a safe, fun, and pleasant experience by managing ticketing and retail operations, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and maintaining high service standards through collaboration with other departments.

As the Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:

  • Deliver safe and enjoyable experiences by monitoring and supporting guestactivities at attractions
  • Manage ticketing and retail transactions accurately to ensure smooth visitor flowand sales operations
  • Respond promptly and effectively to ad-hoc guest and visitor inquiries to resolveissues and provide information
  • Set, uphold, and monitor service standards to maintain consistent quality ofguest experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and addressoperational needs
  • Adapt to shift work schedules to provide continuous support during operatinghours

We are looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and customer focus by engaging positively with guests and visitors
  • Show initiative by identifying and addressing operational challengesproactively
  • Apply creativity and attention to detail in service delivery and problem-solving
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests usingdiplomacy and effective communication
