The role

We are looking for an exceptional co-founder, where exceptional means:

• Genuine, pre-existing passion for post-quantum migration. This is the single most important requirement.
• You've closed complex, high-stakes deals before — not just hit quota, but built the relationships and pipeline yourself, ideally in enterprise security, infrastructure, or deep tech.
• You can read a room with an enterprise buyer, and know exactly how to move the conversation forward.
• You're evaluating this as carefully as I'm evaluating you — this is a real partnership, not a job application.

Compensation

Founder equity (vested over time) plus a meaningful share of deals you personally close. This is a founder's bet on the company's upside, not a paycheck. Real numbers discussed directly with serious candidates.
