Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-founder & Head of Marketing and Customer Success at OtterForm. The role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. You will oversee sales and customer success initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data to inform strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business development and operational efficiency. As the co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's vision, fostering partnerships, and ensuring a customer-focused approach to achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration, presentations, and conveying the brand's vision
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on driving growth and building customer relationships
  • Research skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
