CNC Technician

Job Description

. Operate milling CNC machine (Mazak & DMG Mori) to produce part and components according to drawing & specification

. To ensure proper 5S always housekeeping practices

. Perform basic maintenance on the equipment and general housekeeping of work areas

. Able to work under pressure and time constraint

. Ability to perform rotating and weekends shift work at moment's notice if required

Requirements

. Preferably Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering background

. Higher NITEC in Precision Machining or at least 1-2 years experience with CNC machining

. Familiar with CNC G-Code, Mazatrol control

. Interpretation of 2D technical manufacturing drawing

. Familiar with dimensional Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing

. Experience with CAD or CAM software is added advantage (preferably Siemens NX)
