CNC SETTER

. Able to interpret drawings and measure with general measurement equipment.

. Able to operate independently and safely on CNC machine ( Turning / Milling )

Include loading and unloading of fixtures / work-piece.

. Perform proper daily maintenance of CNC Machines.

. Able to do setting on machining part with correct methodology:

- Proper fixturing

- Proper cutting parameters

- Assess machine accuracy

. Able to do programming is a plus.

. Perform well in assignment and instruction from Lead/Supervisor.
