CNC Programmer (Hurco / Fanuc / Mazak)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Hurco, Fanuc and Mazak controls to hit production targets
• Apply metric, inch, ACME, and Buttress threading for precision components
• Follow ISO and quality control procedures to ensure compliance
• Plan production activities to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Work with materials like AISI4140, 4340, INCONEL 625, 718, Brass and Bronze
• Monitor machining time to extend tool life and reduce wear
• Reduce costs and cycle times to boost productivity
• Coordinate schedules to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ISO and quality control
• Understanding of process and production planning
