Location: Pioneer Road
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Remuneration Package: up to SGD5,000 Basic + Bonus
- Prepare CNC program with the understanding of drawing detail, customer specifications and requirements.
- Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generate as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
- Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
- Design fixture and request for new tools as and when required.
- Responsible to review and approve of all program sheets.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Candidates with related professional certificates may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 3 years experiences in 4 to 5 axis programming
- Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD/ CAM software.
- Good knowledge of milling/ turning tooling and machining processes.
