CNC Milling Machinist

Job Description

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic CNC program edits.
• Machine oilfield and industrial equipment components to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure machined parts meet quality and production requirements.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirement

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CNC milling. Experience in the oilfield industry will be an advantage.
• Able to operate CNC milling machines, tooling, and precision measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming, Mastercam, and related software is preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to communicate and work well with others.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to follow workplace safety procedures.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and perform other duties as assigned by the company.
