- Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications
- Set up and program Mastercam software to generate accurate machining paths
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Work overtime as needed to support production demands
