CNC Machinist

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. 操作及设置CNC数控机床,加工精密零件及组件。
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. 阅读并理解工程图纸、作业指导书及相关技术文件。
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth production. 监控机器运行情况,并进行基本调整,确保生产顺利进行。
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. 进行产品质量检查,确保成品符合规格要求。
• Select and install the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining. 选择及安装合适的刀具、夹具及加工材料。
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues. 进行基本设备保养,并及时汇报机器异常或故障。
• Work closely with the production team to meet production targets. 与生产团队密切合作,达成生产目标。
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. 遵守工作场所安全规定,保持工作区域整洁。
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管安排的其他相关工作。

Job Requirements | 任职要求

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification. 中学学历或同等学历。
• Experience in operating CNC machines is preferred training will be provided for suitable candidates. 具备CNC数控机床操作经验者优先;符合条件者可提供培训。
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage. 能阅读及理解工程图纸者优先。
• Basic knowledge of machining tools and measuring instruments. 具备基本机械加工知识,能够使用常用量测工具。
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team. 工作认真负责,愿意学习,能够独立工作及团队合作。
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and perform shift work if required. 能适应制造业工作环境,并可配合轮班(如有需要)。
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety. 注重细节,具备品质意识及安全意识。
