Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a CNC Machining Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in managing operations, enhancing process efficiency, and leading a skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the CNC machining department, including scheduling and monitoring productivity. Provide technical support to the CNC machining team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflows and implement process improvements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on final products to uphold high standards. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the CNC machining team. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to CNC machining operations. Support the planning and execution of preventative maintenance for CNC machines.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CNC machining lead or supervisory role. Strong technical expertise in CNC programming, automation set-up, and operation, with an understanding of machine capabilities and limitations. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a track record of quickly resolving issues. Experience in leading and motivating teams, focusing on training and development. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
