Job Description

Setup and Operation: Install tools, fixtures, and raw materials perform complex setups, and operate CNC lathes (e.g., horizontal, turn-mill centers).
Programming and Editing: Use G&M code to program machines, set offsets, and adjust speeds/feeds for optimal production.
Quality Inspection: Verify dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and perform first-article inspections.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure consistent quality.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
