We are seeking an experienced CMP Process manager to lead a diverse team of engineering talent within our Diffusion Department. This role plays a critical part in driving manufacturing excellence, process robustness, and continuous improvement across the fab.
What you will be working on:
- Establish plans and strategies to meet and surpass manufacturing performance indices
- Establish smooth operation of manufacturing through the establishment of robust manufacturing processes high equipment availability and clear operating procedures
- Forecast and budget for test wafers and process-related expenditures
- Drive improvements in yield, throughput, OEE, Cpk, and defect density reduction
- Liaise with internal and external customers to improve yield, quality and throughput
- Implement SPC/FMEA/DOE as means of Total Quality Control
- Spearhead and facilitate continuous improvement through QIT programs to create cost effective and robust processes
- Perform appraisals and map career path for subordinates
- Provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
- Conduct regular feedback and communication sessions with staff for work improvement and maintain morale
- Responsible for process installation and monitoring and capability reporting
- Responsible for recipe management, control, availability and documentation
- Participate in Change Meeting
- Perform Fab audit in own dept/area
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab
More about you:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
- 6-8 years of relevant semiconductor wafer fabrication experience, with strong technical expertise in Diffusion and/or CMP processes
- Proven knowledge of wafer fab equipment, process integration, and manufacturing control systems
- Experienced in process control in oxide CMP process.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills
