As a Consumer Market Insights (CMI) Lead Manager at Givaudan, you will coordinate and execute regional market research projects and build consumer understanding following business objectives. Regional specific expertise.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead cross-country or cross-category CMI projects (such as Fragrance Family), align test design and protocol, ensure quality execution and accurate analysis at regional level
- Data Management: Manage CMI database of historical projects across APAC countries with the support from Local CMI managers, to ensure data is stored centrally and database is standardized and updated for cross category reference.
- Continuous Improvement & CMI Excellence: As champion of some new or exploratory CMI tools (such as PRISM) and partner with Local CMI managers to implement new CMI methods in project context to build more in-depth consumer understanding. Collaborate with Local or other Regional CMI managers and Marketing on maintaining category tools (such as Country Guide).
- Mentoring: Coach CMI managers/Junior managers on agency identification, preparation of fieldwork protocol, questionnaire design and data analysis
- Act as MR expert in direct contact with clients, to discuss and review CMI strategies, methodologies and results.
- Act as CMI business partner for internal stakeholders, working on projects throughout the development cycle providing recommendation for test protocol and methodology adapted to the specific objective(s) of the Consumer studies, in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development and selection and to help to build rationale to support submissions
Main Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in consumer market insights
- Bachelors Degree in any field are welcome
- Expertise in data analytics and presentation
