Cluster Operation Assistant Director (Education Sector)

About the Organisation We are partnering with a well-established preschool group in Singapore, known for delivering exceptional early childhood education across multiple centres island-wide. As the group continues to scale, they are looking for a strong operational leader to join their senior team.

The Role You will oversee the operations of a group of preschool centres, driving performance across people, quality, compliance and commercial outcomes. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and has the ambition to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple preschool centres, ensuring consistent delivery of educational and service standards
• Drive centre performance across occupancy, revenue, cost management and parent satisfaction
• Lead, develop and retain centre principals and teaching teams
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore ECDA regulations and MOE licensing requirements
• Serve as a senior point of contact for parents, staff and key stakeholders
• Support the leadership team on strategic growth and expansion initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in preschool operations, ideally in a multi-centre capacity
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's childcare regulatory framework (ECDA, licensing, curriculum)
• Experience managing P&L, HR and KPIs
• Excellent English communication skills written and spoken
• Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
• Degree-qualified with strong academic background
