Cluster General Manager, Luxury Hospitality

A leading hospitality group is seeking an accomplished Cluster General Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile luxury hospitality assets in Singapore.

Responsibilities

The Cluster General Manager will hold full accountability for the performance of the portfolio, encompassing hotel operations, P&L, sales and marketing, service excellence and people leadership. The role will focus on driving financial performance, strengthening market positioning and delivering long-term asset value, alongside developing commercial partnerships and broader destination-led initiatives. Working closely with ownership and senior stakeholders, the individual will provide strategic and operational leadership across the portfolio, build greater commercial and operational synergies, and maintain consistently high standards of luxury service and guest experience.

Requirements

You are an established General Manager or Cluster General Manager with substantial luxury hotel experience, including leadership of a high-profile luxury property. Previous experience working in Singapore is essential, alongside strong commercial and financial acumen. A hands-on, culturally attuned leadership style and the ability to build trust with ownership and senior stakeholders will be critical to succeed in this role.
