Job Summary
The Clubhouse Manager leads all on-site hospitality and lifestyle operations at the Pacific Club, ensuring seamless, high-quality member experiences and managing staff, events, and operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clubhouse operations to maintain premium standards in hospitality, housekeeping, inventory management, staffing, and budgeting
- Serve as the primary liaison for members, delivering personalized and seamless service experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver curated lifestyle experiences, including dining, private events, and bespoke services
- Plan, organize, and execute exclusive club events ranging from intimate gatherings to large signature experiences
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Manage membership systems, CRM, billing, and operational workflows with strong proficiency in POS systems such as Shopify and ZOHO
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-end F&B environments
- Strong operational knowledge and hands-on experience with POS and CRM platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with high-net-worth or VIP clientele
- Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, and event collaborators
- Appreciation for curated lifestyle experiences including dining and beverages knowledge or interest in whisky is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support events and member engagements

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: Estimated SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month
