Job Summary
Lead club operations to deliver efficient service and a positive guest experience. Support and coach team members, manage inventory and cash transactions, and assist in operational planning to ensure smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, efficient service to guests while representing the company positively
- Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on schedule
- Support and encourage team members in executing daily tasks effectively
- Monitor club operations including inventory management, beverage service quality, cash transactions, comps, and voids
- Assist the Operation Manager in deploying staff, managing drink flow, and maintaining service sequence across all shifts
- Resolve service disruptions and guest complaints quickly and professionally
- Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing performance feedback to improve effectiveness
- Monitor staff performance to identify training needs and growth opportunities
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide informed recommendations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience managing club operations and leading teams
- Strong passion for hospitality and lifestyle sectors, committed to long-term career growth
