We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment and hospitality venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, smooth operational flow, and excellent customer experience while managing staff and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily club operations including guest services, reservations, and floor management
Manage and supervise service staff, scheduling, and performance standards
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
Coordinate event planning, promotions, and VIP guest arrangements
Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Work closely with management to improve customer experience and business growth
Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and operational logistics
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer relations and service management
Knowledge of POS systems and reservation management
Operational planning and staff supervision experience
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
