Our company is starting a new gym franchise in Singapore, with a clear objective to offer a unique band value, world class gym facilities and training services to help individuals embark on their fitness transformation journey. We are looking for suitable candidates to join our young start up, as our first gym project (in central area) is expected to launch in 2 weeks time. If you are a super positive, enthusiastic, professional, and has relevant leadership and managerial skills, do consider this as a key development opportunity in your career progression. We will help you hone the necessary skills too, through mentoring and on the job training.
Your job responsibilities involve building and managing a dedicated team to manage a wide range ofgym operations, covering membership sign-ups, roadshows and outreach events, gym facility operations, security management, incident reporting and management as well as delivery of key services within the gym itself. You are expected to grow quickly in the job and support the company's rapid expansion plans in Singapore in the next 3 years.
