Job Summary
This role leads daily club operations to deliver excellent member experiences, manage staff performance, resolve member issues, oversee budgets, and coordinate events that drive membership growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a welcoming environment and deliver high-quality services to members and guests
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure effective team performance and conduct regular performance assessments
- Resolve member grievances and respond to inquiries professionally to build rapport and improve member retention
- Manage budgets and control expenses to ensure financial viability and implement marketing strategies to grow memberships
- Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Plan and organize special events and activities to engage members and enhance their experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, club management, or related roles to support effective operations and member engagement
- Ability to mentor staff and manage team dynamics to foster a collaborative work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, members, and board members
- Proactive mindset to identify potential issues early and implement improvements in business operations
