You will work with the team to serve members, manage orders, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support shift preparations to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to welcome members and take accurate food and beverage orders to enhance their dining experience
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to meet members expectations
- Assist in preparing the dining area and service stations during opening and closing shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Respond promptly and effectively to members feedback to maintain excellent service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area throughout the shift to provide a pleasant environment
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining service quality and efficiency
- Demonstrate a positive work attitude and cooperate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Exhibit customer-oriented behavior by taking initiative, being responsible, and working efficiently to support member satisfaction
