Job Duties:
Lead the design, deployment, and operations of secure, scalable, and highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Provide L3-level technical leadership and act as the final escalation point for complex cloud, Linux, and Windows infrastructure issues.
Architect and implement cloud solutions for new application deployments, migrations, and modernization initiatives, ensuring performance and cost optimization.
Lead and mentor L2 and L3 engineers, conducting technical reviews, knowledge transfer sessions, and capability development initiatives.
Oversee operating system lifecycle management, including enterprise-wide patching for Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments.
Drive security hardening and compliance initiatives, including CIS benchmark implementation, vulnerability remediation, and alignment with IM8 and ISO standards.
Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and ARM templates integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee ITIL-aligned service delivery processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, ensuring SLA and OLA compliance.
Implement and maintain robust monitoring, observability, and performance optimization strategies across multi-cloud environments.
Act as the primary technical interface for stakeholders, vendors, and senior management, providing clear communication during planning, operations, and critical incidents.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Proven L3-level expertise in cloud infrastructure, Linux (RHEL-based) and Windows Server administration.
Strong experience supporting 24/7 production environments, including on-call rotation and incident management.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex infrastructure environments.
Solid background in OS patch management, lifecycle management, and End-of-Life (EOL) remediation strategies.
Hands-on experience with security hardening, CIS benchmarks, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (IM8, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and DevSecOps practices using modern CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience using enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Willingness to participate in 24/7 shift rotation, on-call escalation support, and off-hours maintenance activities when required.
