Cloud Technical Manager

Responsibilties

1. Lead multi-cloud infrastructure operations and architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP for commercial and Singapore Government clients.
2. Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and compliant multi-cloud solutions aligned with business and government standards.
3. Provide L3-level hands-on support in Linux and Windows environments, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
4. Mentor L2/L3 engineers, conduct code and architecture reviews, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues.
5. Lead CIS hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance with IM8, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and government security frameworks.
6. Drive automation and standardization using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM templates, and GitOps practices.
7. Oversee ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management), service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Lead CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS, AKS, GKE), and secure pipeline integration.
9. Implement observability frameworks using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, and optimize infrastructure performance.
10. Act as primary liaison with stakeholders, manage vendors, lead incident response, and ensure clear communication during critical events.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT with 5+ years of cloud/infrastructure experience and leadership in multi-cloud operations.
2. Expert in AWS, Azure, and GCP advanced Linux/Windows administration strong skills in Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Deep understanding of CIS Benchmarks, IM8, ISO 27001, and vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Tenable, Trend Micro).
4. AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, RHCE/RHCA, CKA/CKS, ITIL v4, and Terraform Associate certifications.
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability under 24/7 operational conditions.
