Job Description:
Our client is a global provider of intelligent payment terminals and software solutions. They are seeking a Cloud System Operation Engineer to support cloud system operations and regional deployment across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor cloud production systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Provide operational support for private deployment customers within the region
- Support SOC audit compliance requirements through proper documentation and adherence to internal processes
- Collaborate with regional and headquarters technical teams to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in system operations or cloud engineering
- Proficient in Linux system administration and command-line operations
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud
- Knowledge of MySQL is an advantage
- Good teamwork and ability to collaborate across regions
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
