Cloud Support Engineer (Kubernetes)

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues across Kubernetes, cloud and data protection environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot backup, recovery, storage and cloud integration issues.
• Analyse logs, identify root causes and reproduce technical issues.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues.
• Provide clear technical guidance and updates to customers.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, including EKS, AKS or GKE.
• Strong Linux and command-line troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Python/Shell scripting and CI/CD environments.
• Prior customer-facing L2/L3 technical support experience.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery or data protection is advantageous.
