Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture & Design
- Design and implement highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized architectures using AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native design patterns.
- Translate business requirements into detailed architectural blueprints and solution designs.
- Evaluate existing workloads and modernize applications using AWS services, serverless technologies, containers, and microservices architectures.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Enforce cloud governance policies aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
- Ensure all deployments comply with security, audit, and compliance requirements
- Lead technical change management for cloud and infrastructure services
Hybrid Infrastructure Support
- Manage and support on-premises infrastructure, including:VMware, Hyper-VActive Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Maintain seamless integration between cloud and on-prem environments
Operational Leadership
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud and infrastructure operations
- Guide L1/L2 teams in troubleshooting and operational best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service delivery
Required skills and qualifications:.
- Strong hands-on experience with core AWS, Azure, GCC.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments
- Must be certified in AWS or Azure and Vmware.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent.
- Proven background in AWS architecture design and AWS development.
- Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud-native patterns, serverless architectures, and event-driven designs.
- Must have Strong hands on Experience in VM Administration.
