Architect and administer Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters with strict governance, namespace management, Helm chart deployments, and authentication integration.
Drive AWS cloud adoption like EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch with a focus on automation, security hardening, and cost optimization.
Oversee infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to ensure consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud and on-prem workloads.
Manage and troubleshoot middleware technologies like WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, MQ) with experience in migration across platforms (e.g., AIX ,Linux).
Implement monitoring and observability stacks like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/EFK to provide proactive performance and incident visibility.
Enforce secure authentication models including SAML, OAuth, Keycloak, and ADFS across applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in highly regulated banking/financial environments, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
Lead root cause analysis for incidents, deliverdetailed remediation, and guide BAU (business-as-usual) operational excellence.
Requirements:
15+ years in IT Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cloud engineering roles.
Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services with proven large-scale deployment experience.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker with Helm-based application delivery.
Demonstrated experience in middleware migration and support within mission-critical banking systems.
Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, and pipeline security integrations.
Strong Linux/Unix (RHEL, AIX, Ubuntu administration skills with patching, hardening, and automation.
Practical knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and enterprise database platforms Oracle, DB2, MSSQL,PostgreSQL.
Experience in monitoring ecosystems like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK and incident resolution in 24x7 environments.
