We are looking for an Cloud Solutions Architect to support tenant onboarding and adoption of the Authority's cloud platforms. Reporting to the Cloud Adoption Team Lead, you will provide technical guidance to help project teams design secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support tenants in architecting and deploying systems on private cloud platforms.
- Conduct technical consultations covering cloud services, DevSecOps pipelines, collaboration tools, and compliance requirements.
- Develop reference architectures, solution templates, and deployment patterns.
- Triage and resolve technical enquiries to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain FAQs and technical documentation to guide tenants.
- Create and deliver training materials and hands-on sessions on onboarding, cloud services, and DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain knowledge repositories and reusable assets.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of IT experience.
- Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, VMware, or Nutanix.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
