About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Programme Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives, from cloud migration to next-gen solutions. You'll drive end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance standards, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Deliver: Plan, design, and execute programs, ensuring on-time, on budget delivery with top-notch quality.
- Governance & Risk: Define governance frameworks, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks for successful outcomes.
- Financial Oversight: Own program budgets, track costs, and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for business units, managing communications and third-party contributions.
- Drive on-prem to AWS cloud migration and data center consolidation.
- Support strategic projects like next-gen contact centers and advanced security platforms.
- Participate in tender solutioning, pre-sales, and tech project implementation.
- Change Enablement: Partner with business change managers to ensure smooth transition to BAU operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program or project management within tech-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration (AWS preferred) and enterprise systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams
