Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coach and guide engineers to drive operational excellence.
- Assign and manage team workloads to ensure efficient task delivery.
- Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, and patching activities.
- Proactively manage daily operations, incidents, and problem resolution.
- Lead and participate in engagements with Cloud Service Providers, OEMs, and principals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more areas: systems, networking, cybersecurity, BCP, AD & IAM, EUC.
- Experience with enterprise tools (e.g. Tenable, CyberArk, NetBackup, Splunk, Palo Alto, Symantec).
