Job Description

Qualities We Value

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following domains: System administration, Networking, Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, MS Active Directory & IAM, End Users Computing, etc.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-class applications such as Tenable, CyberArk, NetBackup, Splunk, Palo Alto, Symantec Endpoint Protection, etc.
