Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in server administration and Cloud Operations, specifically with AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in IAM, ECS, and EKS for AWS/Azure.
- Experience managing Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, and NSG.
- Strong expertise with the Linux platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, vCenter, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS.
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, and Windows Cluster.
- Experience with Commvault or NetBackup Veritas Backup Products is preferred.
- Experience with TrendMicro or Symantec Anti-virus products is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud automation tools such as Terraform and Chef.
- Understanding of storage products is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficient in Windows scripting, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Capable of handling demanding service response and recovery times.
- Ability to manage daily support tasks to meet strict SLA requirements.

- Commitment to regular 85 support hours with shift rotation (no graveyard shifts), including standby for 24/7 support and availability during off-peak hours for system activities.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS with willingness to cross-train in Linux/Unix environments.
- Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
- Certifications such as RHEL, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
- AWS SysOps or Azure Administrator certification is mandatory.
