We're Hiring: Cloud Operations & Managed Services Specialist – Security Operations & Maintenance
We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead security operations and maintenance activities across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus and IDS/IPS solutions
- Lead engineers in delivering Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operational support
- Identify, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and maintain incident documentation
- Coordinate with technology vendors for escalation and resolution
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management and security remediation
- Support security audits by preparing logs, reports and control evidence
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT, network and infrastructure teams to implement security controls
- Maintain accurate documentation of security procedures, incidents and system health
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations
- Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, network security and Identity and Access Management
- Experience leading engineers and managing operational security activities
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
- CISSP or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
