Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cloud O&M Service Team Lead role based in Singapore. The role involves leading day-to-day cloud operations and maintenance activities, including monitoring system performance, coordinating incident management, and ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud services. The Cloud O&M Service TL will organize and guide the operations team, define and optimize O&M procedures, and oversee change management to minimize service disruption. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, supports customer service teams with operational insights, and provides regular reporting on service quality, capacity, and performance. The role also includes driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and mentoring team members to enhance operational capabilities.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify root causes, and optimize cloud service performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, and to provide clear status updates and documentation.
- Customer service skills to support service delivery teams, manage escalations, and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
- Sales and business awareness to align O&M activities with service-level agreements and commercial priorities.
- Basic finance understanding to manage operational budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and resource planning.
- Proven experience in cloud operations, maintenance, or infrastructure management, preferably within large-scale or telecom/ICT environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, monitoring tools, incident and change management processes, and ITIL or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team coordination, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
