Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring a Network Administrator to support and enhance cloud and on-premise network infrastructure in a hybrid environment. This role focuses on firewall management, VPN connectivity, cloud networking, and incident handling while working closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure and reliable network services.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Security Operations

Manage, configure, and maintain Palo Alto firewalls
Support and administer GlobalProtect VPN connectivity
Ensure secure and reliable network access across hybrid environments

Cloud Networking

Configure and monitor AWS networking components such as VPCs, security groups, route tables, NAT gateways, and load balancers
Support cloud network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues

Incident & Change Management

Respond to network incidents and service requests following ITIL practices
Support change, incident, and problem management processes
Ensure changes are properly tracked, documented, and approved

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to implement secure network solutions
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and network changes
Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements

Experience supporting network and cloud environments
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN solutions
Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, security groups, routing, NAT, load balancers)
Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
