Cloud Network Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an AWS Network Engineer to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS networking services, alongside a working understanding of ITIL processes.

You will ensure secure, reliable network connectivity across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Configure and monitor AWS networking components including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers.
• Respond to network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain accurate configuration, process, and change documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN (GlobalProtect preferred).
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Networking (e.g., CCNA, PCNSE) are advantageous.
