Cloud Native SupportEngineer (Kubernetes / DevOps)
Our client is a fast-growing cloud-native technology company, founded by core members of the Microsoft Azure team. They specialise in enterprise Kubernetes platforms and have supported 500+ large organisations across finance, telecom, energy andgovernment sectors.
As part of theirexpansion into Singapore, they are hiring their first local technical support hire to support regional customers.
The Role
This role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting enterprise cloud-native platforms built on Kubernetes. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, ensure platform stability, and act as a key bridge between users and the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
. Troubleshootand resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms
. Support customers in day-to-day platform usage, ensuring system stability and performance
. Investigate incidents, analyse root causes, and provide timely solutions
. Handle and manage customer support tickets effectively
. Provide technical guidance and best practices to users
. Collaborate with regional and HQ engineering teams to resolve complex issues
. Contributeto technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base
Requirements
Must-Have
. 2-5 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure support roles
. Hands-on experience with: i) Kubernetes(K8s) ii) Docker
. Experiencein troubleshooting / support / operations in production environments
. Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or similar)
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
. Fluent in both English and Chinese (to support regional stakeholders from China)
Good to Have
. Experience in SRE / incident management / on-call environments
. Exposureto CI/CD, microservices, or container platforms
. Certifications such as CKA / CKAD
. Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale systems
