Cloud Native AI Detection and Response

We are hiring for a Senior Cloud Native Engineer to join a high-impact enterprise technology program focused on large-scale cloud security and AI-driven platform engineering initiatives.

This is a 12-month remote contract role supporting global engineering teams operating in Japan time zones. Candidates should have strong English communication skills along with business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred).

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and scalable platform development. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Go, Python, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, REST/gRPC APIs, PostgreSQL/Redis, Kafka, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI) will be highly valued.

The role involves designing and building highly scalable enterprise services, driving cloud platform reliability, improving system performance, conducting code/design reviews, and collaborating across distributed engineering teams to deliver secure and resilient solutions at scale. Experience within cybersecurity, AI/ML-enabled platforms, or real-time data processing environments is a strong advantage.
