Provide effective application support for the Boomi platform and other related application platforms.
Improve customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, minimizing escalations, and contributing to client production data migrations and production database management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in application support, with expertise in the Boomi Platform, particularly Boomi Integrations, as well as other application platforms.
Prior experience in application development, maintenance, support, and deployment is a plus.
Proficient in databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and Postgres.
Skilled in database query scripting (SQL).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the AWS suite of services.
Committed to resolving issues promptly and reducing escalations.
The Boomi low/no-code iPaaS platform provides intelligent, cloud-native file conversion logic, with separate modules for user interface screens (Boomi Flow) and file conversion logic (Boomi Atom).
