Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Automation: Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and optimize automated pipelines for testing, deployment, and release management.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, to ensure system performance and uptime.
- Security & Compliance: Apply cloud security best practices, manage access controls, and maintain compliance across all environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to enable smooth deployments and reliable operations.
- Process Improvement & Mentorship: Enhance DevOps workflows, promote best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in DevOps or SRE, with strong skills in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
- Solid Linux administration, networking, and distributed systems knowledge.
- Experienced in monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, etc.
- Skilled in automation and scripting (Python, Go, Bash) to improve system reliability and performance.
- Designs secure, scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure with disaster recovery planning.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, and communication skills, able to mentor teams and convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
