Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Permanent

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise infrastructure environment involving Windows platforms, virtualization technologies, Citrix environments, automation, and infrastructure operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in infrastructure support, system administration, virtualization technologies, and operational support within secured enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, patching, and operational upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix environments

• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimize downtime

• Support day-to-day service requests, operational support, and change activities

• Assist in compliance, governance, and operational maintenance activities

• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure refreshes

• Manage IT equipment lifecycle activities including inventory tracking and disposal coordination

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent

• Solid experience in infrastructure/system support or implementation

• Good working knowledge in some of the following technologies:

• Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor
• Citrix Virtual Desktop
• Ubuntu / RedHat Linux
• BeyondTrust PAM/PIM
• RSA Security Appliance
• Splunk
• SolarWinds
• Tenable VMS
• Veeam Backup
• Ansible Automation Platform

We are looking for candidates with:

✔ Strong infrastructure and systems troubleshooting skills

✔ Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments

✔ Exposure to virtualization and platform operations

✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work effectively in structured and secured environments
