Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects.
- Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
- Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS experience in virtualized environments is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform is an advantage.
- Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances is beneficial.
- Familiarity with network switches and routers is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, dynamic, and analytical with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills.
