Cloud Engineer

. Deploy and configure highly available AWS workloads, including Elasticsearch clusters using EC2, EKS, Auto Scaling, load balancers, VPCs, and storage for production environments.

. Automate cloud operations with Terraform IaC for resource provisioning (compute, networking, storage), Python/Shell scripting for tasks like RBAC and Elastic agent installs, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps/Git for Elasticsearch deployments and monitoring workflows.

. Participate in specifying, setting up, and running Proof of Concepts/demonstrations for cloud solutions like Kafka data ingestion, Grafana dashboards, and secure architectures with IAM/RBAC, AD integration, and HashiCorp Vault.

. Administer and maintain Linux/Windows servers across AWS virtual platforms, including performance tuning, incident resolution, cost optimization, and integration with tools like ITRS, Elastic APM, ServiceNow, and Confluence for operational runbooks.

Must-Have Skills

Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred: EC2, EKS, VPC, Load Balancers) adaptable to Azure/GCP Linux/Windows OS

Automation & IaC: Terraform, Python/Shell scripting, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git version control Monitoring: Grafana, Elasticsearch, Elastic APM, ITRS performance tuning and alerting

Security: IAM, RBAC, security groups, Vault secrets management, AD integration

Tools & Dev: Docker/Kubernetes basics, Kafka, Spring Boot/REST APIs (plus), IntelliJ/VS Code, Confluence
Required Experience

o 5+ years in cloud automation/support (e.g., Elasticsearch clusters on AWS at scale).

o Backend dev background (Spring Boot, Oracle) and incident management in banking/enterprise settings.
