We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team, working directly with our valued client, In this L2/L3 role, you will be responsible for the advanced management, maintenance, and optimization of the client's AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
- Infrastructure Management: Perform advanced administration and maintenance of a wide range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda.
- Incident & Problem Resolution: Act as a lead for L2/L3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents related to the AWS environment. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
- Automation: Develop, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate deployment and management tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust cloud security best practices. Manage IAM policies, security groups, and network access control lists (ACLs) to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Configure and manage monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and potential issues. Work to optimize cloud resource usage to control costs.
- Implement, Manage and Support AWS VPC, EC2, Cloudwatch, RDS, Security and Glass panel remediation, and Azure Cloud
- Integrate AWS VPC and AWS Cloud to external systems
- Windows Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019 Standard/Enterprise administration, backup with restore and upgrade
- Windows Domain administration and setup
- Windows Server patch and security management
- Proficient in all latest windows operation system, server, network configuration & setup
- Other Third-Party Software Administration (e.g Third Sight, etc.)
- Coordination for any server activities (e.g hardware replacement)
- Application setup & configuration
- Application deployments (bulk of the work)
- Monthly & Ad-hoc security patching (Windows,ESXi,Linux)
