We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team to support and enhance cloud infrastructure for our client, CIS. This role involves managing hybrid cloud environments, automating infrastructure, and ensuring secure, high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud architectures with a focus on Azure.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure cost and performance.
- Lead and execute infrastructure changes and upgrades across regional environments.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management using Git, Bash, Terraform, Python, PowerShell.
- Oversee cloud-related projects and ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Implement and maintain cloud security measures and compliance standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Work with various cloud platforms such as GCP, AliCloud, and on-premise technologies.
- Apply networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocols, DNS, and subnetting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and operations.
