Cloud Engineer (Network Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to develop, test network infrastructure and deploy system.

Responsibilities:

. Carryout service requests and change requests and complete all requests within SLA timelines.

. Ensure that approved patches, releases, and configuration changes for operating systems and system software
are deployed in accordance with approved change requests.

. Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timeframes, with root cause analysis conducted to remediate
problems.

. Escalate unresolved incidents or problems to the Operations Lead or Service Delivery Manager in a timely
manner.

. Escalate issues to OEMs, vendors, or subcontractors for technical support.

. Perform regular tests to verify system configurations and backup data integrity.

Requirements:

. At least 2 years of relevant experience.

. Demonstrates a dynamic and customer-oriented mindset, strong diligence, and the ability to perform
effectively in a fast-paced environment.

. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others to resolve issues.
