Job Summary
Lead cloud onboarding and adoption initiatives by driving technical consultations, resolving challenges, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance cloud platform integration and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical consultations to facilitate tenant onboarding to cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve onboarding challenges promptly
- Recommend and implement technical solutions and process improvements to optimize cloud adoption workflows
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding materials, service documentation, and standardized workflows to support users
- Track and report onboarding progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource forecasts to inform project management decisions
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for transparent project and management reporting
- Advise teams on cloud offerings, standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective cloud usage
- Maintain and update knowledge resources while collaborating on training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
- Drive change management activities and communication efforts, including organizing townhalls and briefings to align stakeholders
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows by collecting user feedback and refining policies, processes, and cloud capabilities
- Support the implementation of emerging cloud technologies and related training programs to foster innovation and skill development
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience with hands-on exposure to cloud technologies
- Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, VMware, or Nutanix
- Experience managing full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services to support technical decision-making
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills to drive collaboration and project success
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA for effective tracking and reporting
